and my journey as an educator in Phoenix spans back to 2000. Over the years, I've worn various hats, from nurturing young minds as a 1st-grade classroom teacher to fostering a love for literature as a K-6th librarian. My dedication to education led me to specialize as a K-12 reading specialist and Title 1 coordinator, where I've had the privilege of helping students unlock their potential through personalized guidance.

The greatest joys in my career stem from the moments spent working one-on-one, supporting blossoming readers.

Witnessing the transformation as learners grasp the magic of reading is truly inspiring. It's this passion that drove me to establish Growing Readers, my endeavor aimed at empowering students and their families to collaborate effectively in bridging foundational skills gaps. My mission is to provide the tools necessary for students to realize their fullest potential.
